Petros Skarmoutsos DipWSET is an experienced wine professional currently serving as the Wine Manager at Farsons Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Petros held various positions, including Wine & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager at Hammett's Collection from November 2017 to December 2021, and Restaurant Manager at multiple establishments such as Ex Apostaxeos and Avant Garde Mesolonghi. Petros began the career as a Research Assistant at YST Capital and worked as an Accountant Assistant at AEGEK. Academically, Petros has attained qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, including a Diploma in Wines, and completed the Certified Sommelier program from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Additionally, advanced education includes a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Teesside University.
