Petros Skarmoutsos DipWSET is an experienced wine professional currently serving as the Wine Manager at Farsons Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Petros held various positions, including Wine & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager at Hammett's Collection from November 2017 to December 2021, and Restaurant Manager at multiple establishments such as Ex Apostaxeos and Avant Garde Mesolonghi.
