Rod came to work at FDC in August of 1979 doing route delivery for 16 years in the Montpelier branch before becoming the assistant warehouse manager. Later, Rod became the Warehouse Manager. In 2000 FDC closed the Montpelier warehouse and operated both territories out of the South Burlington facility where Rod became the Assistant Warehouse Manager and later becoming the Warehouse Manager again. Rod currently is the Plant Manager and has been for the past three years.
