Malvika Jhangiani is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at FARO Technologies since April 2024. Previously, Malvika held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Newell Brands from May 2021 to May 2024, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Advanced Agrilytics for a private equity portfolio company. Malvika's prior roles at Monsanto Company included Director of HR for Corporate Strategy and Global IT, as well as leading HR for various operational divisions. Malvika began their career at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, providing consulting services before moving to managerial positions at Cadbury Schweppes. Malvika holds a Master's degree in Personnel from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College.
