Emerson Marques has over three decades of experience in the precision measurement industry, specializing in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager at FARO Technologies since March 2012, Emerson oversees sales across the State of São Paulo and the Northeast Region of Brazil, focusing on measurement arms and related software, as well as the prospecting of laser trackers, laser scanners, and 3D photogrammetry. Previously, from March 1997 to December 2011, Emerson worked at Carl Zeiss do Brasil Ltda as a Senior in post-sales, managing installations, calibrations, and corrective and preventive maintenance for 3D measurement machines. Prior experience includes a role in technical assistance and post-sales at Mitutoyo Sul Americana Ltda from August 1992 to February 1997, where Emerson provided technical support, equipment maintenance, and training. Emerson holds a degree in Precision Mechanics and Engineering-Related Technologies from Senai Suíço Brasileira, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
