Amanda Stefan is an urban farmer who currently works at Farmscape, managing vegetable gardens and fruit orchards for clients in Los Angeles. Prior to their current role, Amanda held positions at AMBER WAVES FARM INC as a Crew Leader and Apprentice, at Bobit Business Media as an Associate Data Analyst and Marketing Intern, at University of Michigan as a Student, and at Liza Dawson Assoc as a Summer Intern. Amanda also interned at the City of Rancho Palos Verdes as an IT Intern. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
