Nicola Berera currently serves as the Head of Purchasing at Farmol since January 2025. Previously, Nicola held the position of Global Purchasing and Master Data Management Director at Fluiconnecto from January 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included defining and implementing the global sourcing strategy across multiple regions and overseeing a team of 15. Before that, Nicola worked at Serioplast as the Global Indirect Procurement Manager, managing centralized procurement and supervising a team of 6. Nicola began the career as a Global Indirect Procurement Analyst at the University of Bergamo, also contributing as a Teaching Assistant in Business Economics. Educational qualifications include a Procurement Management Program from Bologna Business School and two degrees in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
