Rick Stoner has over two decades of experience in the IT and insurance sectors, currently serving as VP and Head of Infrastructure Shared Services at Farmers Insurance since July 2015. Stoner has held various significant roles, including Head of Application Operations and Head of DevOps/QA for Digital IT, focusing on enhancing digital insurance experiences through innovation, agility, and automation within an Agile and DevOps framework. Prior to Farmers, Stoner worked as Business Technology Senior IT Manager and Head of IT at 21st Century Insurance, and held a Program Manager position at AIG, managing multiple technical groups. Stoner began their career as a Systems Engineer at MBNA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
