Karin Dean is an Agile Coach People Leader at Farmers Insurance, a position held since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing product owners and scrum masters, as well as developing and establishing company standards for deliverables within a SAFe agile environment. Prior to this role, Karin Dean worked as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Toyota North America from February 2007 to March 2018. Karin Dean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from California State University, Los Angeles.
