Behram M. Dinshaw currently serves as the President of Personal Lines at Farmers Insurance, beginning in November 2023. Dinshaw is also the Chairperson of the Board at CoverForce since April 2020, focusing on standardizing APIs and developing platform solutions. Previously, Dinshaw held the position of Group President and CEO at IFG Companies from March 2021 to November 2023, overseeing one of the largest privately held insurance groups in the U.S. Within Travelers from 2005 to 2020, Dinshaw served in multiple capacities, including EVP, President of Global Small Commercial & Middle Market Business Centers, and Chief Operating Officer of Personal Insurance. Dinshaw's early career at Allstate Insurance featured roles as Product Manager and Senior Actuary from 1992 to 2004. Dinshaw holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Actuarial Science from Drake University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
