The Communications & Technology team at the City of Farmers Branch is responsible for enhancing and managing the city's technology infrastructure and communication systems. This team includes roles such as the 911 Communications Trainer who ensures the effective training and performance of emergency communication personnel. The Director of Innovation & Technology spearheads technological advancements and innovation initiatives. Enterprise Applications Administrators manage and optimize software applications that support city operations. GIS Administrators utilize geographic information systems to provide critical spatial data and analysis for city planning and development. Together, they maintain robust and efficient technological and communication systems to support the city's vision and operations.
