Additionally, Vitalii contributed to the Center of Military-Political Studies and Euromaidan Press, providing expertise in communication psychology and analytical materials related to Ukraine. Holding a Master's degree in Quality, Standardisation, Certification from the National University of Pharmacy and possessing a Medical Doctor degree from Bogomolets National Medical University, Vitalii's diverse background combines healthcare, regulatory expertise, and strategic marketing capabilities.
