Hans Zijlstra is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Manager Quality and Technology at Farm Dairy since February 2021. As a member of the leadership team, Hans focuses on quality control, QESH, process technology, and product development. In addition to this role, Hans has been a board member and treasurer at stichting pleegwijzer since July 2015, advocating for the interests of foster parents in Drenthe and Groningen. Hans is also the owner of MeinZijl, driving customer-centric innovation and identifying new opportunities in the food sector. Previous positions include Director Technology at F&F Group, Manager Applications Food at Corbion, and various roles at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, Koninklijke Buisman BV, FrieslandCampina Domo, Friesland Foods Kievit, and Gerkens Cacao, where Hans developed expertise in R&D, applications, technical sales, and project management. Hans holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing and additional credentials in Lean Six Sigma and NLP.
