Mark Cromer is a founding member of Farm Bureau Bank’s management team, Mark has nearly 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the Bank, Mark was involved in the start-up and development of USAA Federal Savings Bank and AFBA Industrial Bank, as well as serving in various operational and consultative positions. As Farm Bureau Bank’s Chief Operations and Technology Officer, Mark is responsible for the oversight of IT and Change Management, with a focus on productivity and operational efficiency.

Mark is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, earning a BS in Management Science and Computer Systems. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager.
