Jennifer H. started their career as a Sales and Studio Manager at Bachrach Photography in 2002 before transitioning to roles at USAA, where they served as a Financial Analyst, Investment Performance Analyst, and Fixed Income Analyst. In 2021, they joined Farm Bureau Bank as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and later assumed the role of Head of Portfolio Management in 2022. Prior to their corporate roles, they also pursued their interests as an Athlete and Adventurer and Wisdom Seeker.

Jennifer H. received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas State University in 2008. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing their studies in 2015.
