Previously, Tunsime was the Country Director at TechnoServe from November 2018 to July 2024, where oversight of a diverse portfolio aimed at empowering low-income communities and strengthening the agribusiness sector was essential. Tunsime's career also includes roles as a Program Manager at TechnoServe, a Senior Trade Specialist at Global Communities, a Business Advisor at TechnoServe, a Market Analyst at the International Labour Organization, and a Corporate Trainer at SIYB Eg. Tunsime holds an Executive Certificate in Food Systems from Wageningen University & Research, a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Business from Mzumbe University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics of Development from Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy.
