Job description

Looking for a driven individual willing to help raise the bar for the commercial roofing industry. Superintendents will work hand in hand with roofing and commercial sheet metal crews, ensuring manufacturing specs are met and installations are following Farha Roofing’s process. Liaising with inspectors, building owners and sales representatives will be crucial along with detailed documentation. Superintendents will be analyzing, trouble shooting and executing orders on multimillion dollar buildings and complexes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily operations of roofing projects
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Provide guidance and support to project team members
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, construction management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of roofing processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
