Richard Rivero has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Richard began their career at Power Trim in 2006 as a PC Technician and worked there until 2017. Richard then joined Fanatics, Inc. as a System Support Analyst in 2017 before moving on to Fareportal in 2018. At Fareportal, Richard started as a Helpdesk Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Information Technology Team Lead in November 2019.

Richard Rivero received a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from California State University, Long Beach from 2015 to 2017.
