Tuğçe Şimşek has five years of work experience. Tuğçe began as an intern at Mürrekkep Tasarım Atölyesi in 2019 and then moved to Jeyan İlkü Architects in 2018 as a Stajyer. In 2020, they worked as an İç Mimar at ERSA Mobilya A.Ş. and currently works as a Product Designer at both Faradai.ai and REENGEN.

Tuğçe Şimşek attended MEF University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained their Lisans Derecesi in İç Mimarlık. In 2021, they obtained the Advanced UX Design certification from Userspots, as well as the UX Design certification from the same institution in the same year. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained the Autodesk Certified Professional: AutoCAD for Design and Drafting Exam Prep certification from Coursera.
