Eric Parker is a seasoned drug discovery and development professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Drug Discovery and Development Professional at Parker BioPharma Consulting LLC since January 2017, Eric advises clients on various aspects of early clinical development programs. Additional roles include Senior Scientific Advisor at FAR Biotech and Consultant at Nido Biosciences. Eric has held significant leadership positions, such as Vice President of Neuroscience at Kallyope and Executive Director at Merck, where management of large scientific teams was a key responsibility. Eric's foundational experience includes senior roles at Schering-Plough Research Institute and Bristol-Myers Squibb, contributing to notable drug discoveries. Eric earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
