Frank-Michael Baur serves as the Head of Purchasing Europe at FANUC Europe GmbH since November 2020. Prior to this role, Baur held the position of Vice President Purchasing at EISENMANN Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on global strategic and operational purchasing management. Baur's extensive experience in procurement includes various leadership roles at Eisenmann SE and Eisenmann AG, where responsibilities ranged from corporate purchasing reorganization to management of purchasing teams across multiple countries. Baur began the career in international purchasing and strategic buying after completing a degree in manufacturing management at Fachhochschule f¨¹r Wirtschaft und Technik in Reutlingen and training as an industrial clerk at Zanker GmbH in T¨¹bingen.
