Sue Haney, OCT, currently serves as the Associate Director of Faculty Development and Services at Ivey Business School at Western University since August 2024, while also working as a part-time Professor at Fanshawe College from September 2023. Previously, Sue Haney held multiple managerial roles at StarTech.com from February 2012 to August 2024, focusing on talent acquisition, development, training, and onboarding. Earlier experience includes a position as Corporate Trainer at Sykes Assistance Services and as Project Specialist/Technical Writer at Citicards, where responsibilities involved training material development, departmental policy creation, and maintenance of training resources. Sue Haney began their career in education as a Teacher with the Thames Valley District School Board and holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.
