Jason Kerr is a seasoned professional in organizational development and employee training, currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Fanshawe College since November 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing workplace and employee development programming, both classroom and online, for a diverse range of staff. Previous roles at Fanshawe include Acting Senior Manager for Organizational Learning & Development, Organizational Development Consultant, and Training Coordinator, focusing on professional development activities and training assessments. Prior experience encompasses project management and marketing roles in the property restoration industry at S.A. Thomas/Dyna-Build Inc., as well as teaching marketing strategies in continuing education at Fanshawe. Jason Kerr holds a Master of Education in Distance Education from Athabasca University along with various diplomas and certificates in instructional design and project management.
