Marco Wu has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marco started their career as an intern at Hong Kong Jockey Club in 2006. Marco then worked as a consultant at DA Consulting Limited for six months in 2007. Marco joined Tectura Hong Kong Limited in 2008, where they worked as a consultant and later as a Senior Consultant until 2014. Marco then joined Fossil Group, Inc. as an ERP Technical Specialist from 2014 to 2015. Marco returned to Tectura Hong Kong Limited in 2015 and served as a Client Services Manager/NAV TECH LEAD until 2019. Currently, they are the Project Director at Fano Labs, where they oversee and manages the resources of delivering various AI speech solutions to different customers.

Marco Wu received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Honors) degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Kunshan Middle School from 1999 to 2002. Marco has also obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including MS: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Installation and Configuration, MCTS: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Core Setup and Finance, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance, Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 C/SIDE Introduction.
