Glenn H. S. serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fanatics, Inc. since August 2021, and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vimeo since May 2021. Glenn has been a member of the Board of Directors for ANGI Homeservices and Match Group since September 2017 and September 2016, respectively. Previously, Glenn held senior roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IAC from April 2016 to August 2021, and Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners from March 2013 to April 2016. Additionally, Glenn was a Partner at The Raine Group from September 2011 to February 2013, and held prominent positions at Nomura and Lehman Brothers, overseeing significant aspects of investment banking in the Asia-Pacific region. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University from 1987 to 1991.
