Tanisha ‘Nisha’ Adams is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic IT solutions and transforming organizations. Currently serving as Project Lead Consultant at Famteck since April 2024, Adams focuses on improving business efficiencies for governmental agencies. Previously, as Senior Director of Project Management/Program Management at Stratix Corporation from May 2022 to March 2024, Adams developed a high-performing PMO encompassing various project management roles. At the Georgia Department of Public Health from June 2013 to 2022, Adams directed the Project Management Office, establishing methodologies and best practices for project execution. Further experience includes a role as Project Manager at Career Connection Inc., where Adams successfully managed revenue-generating projects. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CSU East Bay and is a certified PMP and SAFe® 6 Agilist.
