Tara Bergeson is an experienced project manager at FamilySearch since July 2006, overseeing multiple lines of business including Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Engagement, and Geographic Areas. Responsibilities include leading large cross-functional teams, directing projects with PMI standards, and coordinating the annual budget process. Previously, Tara served as the International Events Manager for RootsTech, orchestrating the world¡¯s largest genealogy trade show, and as Global Operations Manager, where leadership was provided for technology and customer service teams utilizing Salesforce in nine languages. Earlier roles include serving as Area Manager, collaborating with local leaders to enhance family history initiatives, and as Workforce Manager at Convergys. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Utah State University, earned between 1994 and 2007.
