Virgilia Ivonny P. is a food technology and processing graduate from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, holding a Bachelor's degree obtained in 2019. Currently, Virgilia works as a Product Development Specialist at FamilyMart Indonesia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Virgilia served as a Research and Development Specialist at Menantea, a modern fusion tea franchise, from July 2021 to September 2022. Additional experience includes a position as a Baker at Good for Ur Tummy Happiness, a choux pastry bakery, from September 2020 to December 2021, and a Laboratory Analyst internship at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk in the summer of 2018. Virgilia also worked as a Fermentation Technology Laboratory Assistant at Atma Jaya Catholic University in late 2018, focusing on spectrophotometry and solid substrate fermentation.
