Hiroshi Taguchi is an experienced IT and finance professional with a strong background in management and digital business systems. Currently serving as the General Manager in the Finance and Digital Business Systems Department at FamilyMart Co., Ltd. since October 2022, Hiroshi oversees the delivery of Famipay and other e-commerce services while managing the IT department. Prior roles include serving as the Digital Experience Platform department manager at Rakuten Mobile, Inc., where project management and IT infrastructure were key responsibilities, and as Head of IT at amana, where oversight of the IT division and organizational change was paramount. Additional experience encompasses roles as CIO at Digital Publishing Initiatives, consultant at TrendMicro and IBM, and project manager at Jupiter Telecommunications. Hiroshi is a graduate of Nihon University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics.
