Rebecca Howe has served as Licensing Manager at Family Support Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Licensing Supervisor at Eckerd Connects from November 2013 to June 2022. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Mountain State University.
