J. Brian Treanor, MPA, currently serves as the Grants and Communications Manager at the Family Service Association of Bucks County, where responsibilities include overseeing grants and communications operations for a major non-profit organization. As the Founder and President of Rail 3 Communications Consulting since 2006, J. Brian Treanor specializes in strategic communications for charitable causes. Previously, J. Brian held various positions at Kean University, including Director of the Office of Scholarship Services, where oversight of the scholarship operation was managed, and Associate Director of Communications within the Division of Institutional Advancement. Additional experience includes roles at Imre Communications, Baltimore Gas & Electric, and as a journalist for the Cape May Star & Wave. J. Brian Treanor holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Mount Saint Mary's University.
