Shelly Hansen, LISW, LCSW, is a crisis stabilization therapist at Family Resources since May 2023, with extensive experience in mental health and family support services. Previously, Shelly served as a qualified mental health professional at UnityPoint Health - Trinity from August 2019 to October 2023, and held various roles at Family Resources, Inc. between October 2015 and August 2019, focusing on foster care and adoption training and recruitment. Prior experience includes positions as a family support worker at Lutheran Services in Iowa and a care coordinator at Families First Counseling Services, among others. Shelly holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family Services from the University of Northern Iowa.
