Christina Scott

Director, Strategy & Operations at UpTogether

Christina has 15+ years of strategy, operations, and financial management experience. She began her career as a public school teacher, and continued on to serve in management and operational leadership positions within education and civic engagement nonprofits including Teach For America and She Should Run. Most recently, she consulted with social impact start-ups on creating and implementing their org management and financial systems, so their internal operations and effectiveness are as great as their mission.

Christina was born and raised in the Carolinas, currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband, and loves watching reality tv and scary movies to unwind. She holds a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University, an MBA from Marymount University, and a BA in English from UNC, Chapel Hill.
