Pam Barlesi currently serves as the Call Center Specialist Lead at Family First of NY Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities include being the first point of contact and assisting with transactions and account troubleshooting since May 2023. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as Operations Manager at Lexington Avenue Federal Credit Union (January 2019 - April 2023) and Branch Manager at both UNCLE Credit Union and FAA Federal Credit Union. Additionally, Pam has contributed as a volunteer Treasurer for BSA Troop 167 and the Valley View Parents' Club, managing finances and participating in operations. Prior positions include Teller Customer Service at Lexington Avenue Federal Credit Union, Secretary at Valley View Elementary, and Front Office Clerk for WCCUSD. Educational background includes graduation from Methacton High School in 1986.
