Jessica Joy has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as an HSPRS Migrant Services Case Manager at Endeavors since December 2023. Jessica is also an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the National Language Service Corps. Beyond these roles, Jessica has been a Spanish Tutor with Varsity Tutors and a Freelance Translator on Upwork since 2017. Previous positions include Special Project Manager, Assistant Manager, and Bilingual Loan Servicing Team Lead at Apex Bank, as well as Spanish Financial Counselor at 21st Mortgage Corporation. Early career experience includes serving as Night Manager at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The University of Tennessee and an Associate's degree in General Education from Pellissippi State Community College.
