Frances Lesick, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a robust background in talent management, employee relations, coaching, and performance development. Currently serving at Family Day Care Services since January 2017, Frances excels in various areas including issue resolution, learning and organizational development, strategic planning, and risk management. Prior to this role, Frances held a similar position at Saint Elizabeth Health Care from 1997 to 2015, where responsibilities included providing strategic guidance on complex HR matters. Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
