David Girouard is an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional with a strong background in network architecture and telecommunications. Prior experience includes positions at Promutuel Assurance, where responsibilities included the management of data centers and implementing next-generation firewalls, and at TechnoConseil, focusing on secure network solutions and infrastructure setup.
