Marlies Claeys has been serving as the Diensthoofd Administratie at Familiezorg Oost-Vlaanderen since January 2015, overseeing a team of approximately twenty employees in various administrative roles. In addition to this leadership position, Marlies has worked as a Data Protection Officer and contributed to multiple projects, including the ESF projects focusing on sustainable career policies and people-oriented entrepreneurship. Marlies' experience includes previous roles at Familiezorg Oost-Vlaanderen as a polyvalent medewerker in a student position and intercultural mediator at OTA. Marlies also gained experience as a communicatiemedewerker at C2 - The Communication Square. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Education and Promotion from Ghent University and two Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Business Management, respectively.
