Elien Ruysschaert has a Bachelor's degree in social work and a Master's degree in health education and promotion. They have worked at Familiezorg O.VL. since December 2015, initially as a Step Coordinator and later as a Sector Responsible. Prior to that, they studied at Ghent University and HOGENT, specializing in health sciences and social work.
