Krisztina Napolitano is currently a Board Member at FALMOUTH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT. Prior to this, they were Practice Manager at A Perfect Smile from March 2015 to March 2017 where they were responsible for profitability, employee development, performance coaching and management, and strategic marketing. Krisztina has also worked as a Client Specialist and Customer Service Specialist III at UNUM from January 2013 to September 2013 and June 2009 to January 2013 respectively. In their role as Long Term Disability Benefit Specialist from July 2006 to June 2009, they were responsible for providing support to covered individuals. Krisztina has demonstrated exceptional communication skills and deep product and business process knowledge across all their roles. Krisztina is a proven leader with strong negotiation and persuasion skills who is able to embrace and lead change.

Krisztina Napolitano started their educational career by obtaining a Masters in Business, Accounting, and Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. Krisztina followed that up with an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern Maine - School of Business. Krisztina also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Accounting Minor from the University of Southern Maine - School of Business. Finally, they have a WCP Designation in Insurance from the University of Southern Maine.
