Cindy Balaji currently holds a position in Finance & Ops at FalconX since August 2024. Prior to this role, Cindy served as a Consultant (Project Lead) at L.E.K. Consulting from October 2023 to August 2024. In 2022, Cindy was an MBA Intern specializing in mentorship and business development with Techstars, where engagement with five startups was focused on driving lead generation and sales, as well as developing marketing strategies and investor lead lists. Between 2019 and 2021, Cindy worked in Corporate Finance at Pandora, acting as a strategic finance partner to Sales & Marketing teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Chairish from 2017 to 2019 and progressing from Associate to Senior Auditor at BDO USA, LLP from 2015 to 2017, focusing on financial statement audits in various sectors. Cindy holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
