Melissa Busby has extensive experience in multi-unit management, talent development, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Falcon Farms Inc since September 2016, Melissa has also held the roles of Commercial Effectiveness Manager and District Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Stage Stores from January 1995 to May 2015, where the positions held included VP District Manager and Store Manager, focusing on hiring, inventory control, merchandise presentation, and expense management. Melissa graduated from R.H. Watkins High School with a High School Diploma in General and Business.
