David Torres has extensive experience in emergency medical services and management. Currently, David serves as Managing Director at Falck since October 2021, after holding the position of Director of Planning and Development. Prior to this, David worked as Emergency Planning Coordinator for Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office from May 2021 to November 2021. David's earlier roles at Falck included Division Chief of Operations from July 2019 to May 2021. David also spent several years with PARAMEDICS PLUS LLC/SUNSTAR EMS as EMS Captain/Paramedic and began a career in emergency medical services as a Paramedic with American Medical Response and as an Emergency Medical Technician with Westmed Ambulance Service. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
