Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and business process management. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa, where responsibilities included global leadership for BPM-Pega presales and consulting. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Architect for Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, and BPM Architect for MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, all while being deputed by Wipro. Sebastiraj began a career in software engineering at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd/Polaris Software Lab. Education includes a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
