Francisca Javiera Aguirre Bejarano has extensive experience in e-commerce and product management, currently serving as Product Manager for Zapatillas and E-Commerce Calzado Infantil y Hombre at Falabella Retail S.A since August 2019. In this role, responsibilities include managing communication across various departments to optimize inventory management, budget analysis for footwear brands, and monitoring open to buy metrics. Previous experience includes positions as Planner de Calzado and Planner Blanco at Walmart Chile, as well as a Buyer and Intern at the same company. Francisca holds a Master of Science in Finance and a degree in Ingeniería Comercial from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, along with prior education from Saint Margaret's School.
