Chelsea De Deker is a highly experienced System Architect currently employed at Faith Technologies since July 2024, with a parallel role as an Adjunct Instructor in Electro-Mechanical Technology at Fox Valley Technical College since October 2019. Previously, Chelsea served as a Project Manager at CMD Corporation, overseeing project management, strategic planning, process improvement, and budget development. Chelsea’s career also includes positions as a Senior Project Design Engineer at Wells Vehicle Electronics, Design Engineer III at Lester Electrical, and Engineering Technologist II at Plexus Engineering Solutions, among others. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a broad background in designing, developing, and managing complex engineering projects across various sectors.
