Carmen Runte is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fairway Lawns dba Andy’s Sprinkler & Drainage since June 2017, Carmen also holds the position of Cultural Programs Consultant at To Cuba Now since December 2015. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at My Back Office (MBO) LLC from May 2017 to April 2023, and Sr. Human Resource Consultant at Tenet Healthcare from December 2015 to April 2017. Furthermore, Carmen was the Human Resource Manager for North America at UniCredit from October 2004 to June 2015. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Kennesaw State University.
