Kerrie Swant is currently serving as the System Director of Provider Experience at Fairview Health Services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kerrie held the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Donaldson from December 2023 to September 2024 and was the Director of Talent at Fingerhut from November 2022 to December 2023. Kerrie's extensive experience also includes serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ECMC Group from April 2020 to November 2022, and a brief tenure as a TA Project Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health in early 2020. Earlier career highlights include positions as Talent Acquisition Leader at UnitedHealth Group, Sr. Recruiting Consultant at Ceridian, Clinical Recruiter at Hyrian for United Health Group, and Account Executive at Robert Half International. Kerrie is continuing education at Capella University, which has been ongoing since 2009.
