Carrie Treptow is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Fairview Health Services since October 1995, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Strategy, where leadership is provided for the Acute Care Nursing and Nursing Support HR Strategist team. Previously, Carrie held the position of Director of HR for Fairview Home Care and Hospice, overseeing critical HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and legal compliance. Earlier career roles include working as an HR Generalist at Clopay Building Products and as an HR Intern. Educationally, Carrie holds an MBA in Human Resources from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, along with foundational studies in Business Administration at St. Cloud State University.
