Marcin Iwanow is a software engineer at FAIRTIQ since November 2021, specializing in backend development using Java and contributing to the design of microservices architectures focused on fraud and identity access management. Prior to this role, Marcin served as a data scientist for 5G at Swisscom, where responsibilities included analyzing data for train communication technologies and engaging in Android development. Earlier experience includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Statistical Signal Processing and Information Theory at Huawei Technologies, alongside internships at Huawei and National Instruments. Marcin holds a Doctor of Engineering and a Master's Degree from the Technical University of Munich, and a Bachelor's Degree from Warsaw University of Technology, all in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
