Lars Kooijmans has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Consumer Sales Representative at Vodafone in 2005. Lars then transitioned to NXP Semiconductors, where they worked as a Business Fulfilment Driver and later as a Business Fulfilment Consultant. Lars also worked at Papicolor as an International Sales & Service Representative before joining NXP Semiconductors again as a Supply Chain Management Consultant. Lars moved on to NOVEXX Solutions Benelux, where they served as Team Lead Internal Sales & Customer Service, Planning and Logistics Manager, and finally Operations Manager. Currently, Lars is working as a Supply Chain Team Lead at Fairphone. Throughout their career, Lars has demonstrated leadership, project management, and sales growth skills.

Lars Kooijmans completed a Master's Degree in International Development Studies at the University of Amsterdam from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Management at Maastricht University from 1998 to 2004. In 2001, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at NEOMA Business School, focusing on International Management.
